Move In/Out Cleaning
We turn-over many apartments for rental companies and rental owners of all sizes. These types of jobs can be wild cards, in that even after many years of experience it can be very difficult to accurately quote the time consumption they will require and thus quote the job, without over-pricing it. Thus, we typically do this most of type of work by the man-hour. Depending on the job or contract with a larger company, different types of arrangements can be worked out.
